The Amber Prize acknowledges the most remarkable events of the previous year. It serves as a crucial assembly for all professionals engaged in the Live Communication Industry.
The Amber Prize gathers leaders of event agencies, corporate event directors, esteemed representatives of event associations, and media professionals from over 15 European countries convene.

WHO CAN APPLY
If you are an event agency, event buyer, or event sponsor who has organized an event in Northern or Central Europe or for a Northern & Central European customer between December 2022 and March 2024, you are eligible to apply for the awards.

Entries must be submitted in English using the official awards-management software, Evalato. Access to the software is granted upon registration.

APPLICATION GUIDE
Do you want to apply for the awards?
Read before apply:
- We consider all projects that have been realized between 04.03.2024 and 20.11.2024
- You can nominate the same event at Amber prize up to 3 times. However, the description of the event, its goals and objectives should be presented in terms of the requirements of each category.
- Choose Your category (there is a description of every category in the application form and below the sample form)
- Read the sample form
- Register Your event in the chosen category (push FINALIZE button)
- Pay the application form. After we receive Your payment, You will be able to fill in the form as we open it to You to proceed.
- Fill in the form.
Do not forget:
- Please, note that all the fields should be filled in English. Videos or other additional materials have to be in English as well (or accompanied by English subtitles)
- Your videos shouldn’t be longer than 3 min. You have also an option for uploading multiple files, up to 20 MB each.
- Do not forget, Judges pay attention to the impact. They want to know as much data and numbers as You can provide.
- Jury members are required to vote for projects online (from 8/11 until 20/11), taking the following criteria into account:

Remember, the shortlist is out on 20.11.2022. There will be the 3 best projects per each category chosen. Only these are able to come and present their project live.

All finalists of Amber 2024 are able to apply 1 submission to the Amber Event Awards'25 free of charge.
- On March 5−6, the finalists of each category will give a 3-minute presentation to the jury members (this will be a public event). During Your 3 minutes, You can make a presentation, show a movie or do something else to show why Your project is the best.
- Please, do not forget to present on stage you still have to buy a delegate pass (special pass for the Amber applicants)
All finalists of Amber 2024 are able to apply 1 submission to the Amber Event Awards'25 free of charge.
