Agenda published in local time
!
Each category includes 3 strictly time-limited presentations from pre-selected projects. Presentations are made by agencies and last no more than 3 minutes each.

Each category begins with a presentation (announcement) prepared by the speakers from the jury. The announcement includes the presentation of the modern format, the rationale for choosing the winners, short overview about the submissions and goals of the events, and the adaptation of projects to modern realities.

Opponents and reviewers, in turn, ask questions and prepare comments for teams of acting agencies.

The performance of the speakers and the jury is purely educational for the audience. Each session provides an opportunity to understand the expectations of customers from a particular format of events.

After every presentation, a short discussion with the participants and Judges/Speakers takes place on stage. A short summing up are expected from Judges and Speakers. They explain why and how the projects were picked up. That’s how our audience can understand what corporates and “eventprofs” need.
*speakers in the program can be changed due to their working time schedules. In that case, the speaker can be replaced by another speaker from the same agency or the same level (working experience)
